You can return/exchange our products (except software) within 14 days of purchase. Product must be in good condition (eg: not broken or scratched). Shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns/exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee with a minimum of $10 USD, whichever is higher.
- TOPGNSS.store does not accept returns/exchanges for software products under any circumstances.
- Items ordered in bulk (quantities of 5 or more in 1 order) are final sales and non-refundable.
- Items sold at promotional discounter prices are final and non-refundable.
- You must pay shipping for all shipments from you to TOPGNSS.store (China).
- Ship your device to the TOPGNSS.store using the carrier of your choice. Please use a method that can track the shipment. TOPGNSS.store is not responsible for shipments for which the carrier cannot provide proof of delivery.
- If the product problem is confirmed, TOPGNSS.store will pay the shipping fee (within China) for the repair/replacement product sent to you by TOPGNSS.store . If there is no problem with the product, we will charge the shipping fee to send the product back to you.
- TOPGNSS.store is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. We recommend that you purchase freight insurance for your shipment.
1) Request an RMA number by sending an email to email@example.com
2) Our support staff will provide you with an RMA number and instructions for returning the package. You must clearly state the RMA number on the outside of the package. Any returns that do not have an RMA number on the package will be returned to the sender.
3) Returned product must contain all original components, literature and packaging and be in the same saleable condition as received.
Return refunds will cover the product amount and any sales tax charged minus a 15% restocking fee. Any shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns that do not meet the above requirements may be subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of the price paid. Damaged items, cosmetic or otherwise, are subject to a restocking fee (up to 100%) on a case-by-case basis. There are no restocking fees for orders cancelled prior to dispatch; if the order has already been dispatched, it is the buyer's responsibility to accept and return the order in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Shipping and handling charges may apply to orders that are rejected at the specified shipping address. A 14-day period from when the shipment is delivered, based on the delivery time scanned by UPS/Canada Post, the time UPS/Canada Post delivers to your region. Returns for manufacturing defects must first be authorized; if you believe your product has a manufacturing defect or you have any questions or concerns, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item covered by warranty is no longer repairable or replaceable, a product replacement will be issued.
Please allow up to 15 (fifteen) business days (excluding holidays and weekends) after we receive your package to process your return. This time period does not affect your 14-day money-back guarantee.
