GN200G is an industrial-grade RS232-level GNSS receiver launched by TOPGNSS. It is equipped with the UBX-M8030‑KT chip, supports dual-system positioning of GPS + GLONASS, and integrates a PPS (Pulse Per Second) timing function. It features stable positioning, industrial durability and high-precision timing, and is suitable for vehicle applications, bus automatic stop announcement, security monitoring and other scenarios.
High-precision PPS timing function (PPS signal is LVTTL 3.3V level)
Signal characteristics: Outputs 1PPS (one pulse per second) hardware signal with a pulse period of 1 second. The rising edge is strictly aligned with the UTC whole second, which can be used as a hardware reference for device clock synchronization.
Timing accuracy: Based on the u‑blox M8030‑KT chip, it achieves GPS time synchronization at the 1μs level, meeting the requirements of high-precision scenarios such as base station timing, industrial control and timestamp acquisition.
Local clock calibration: After capturing the PPS signal, the device can clear millisecond-level clock errors. Combined with NMEA messages (such as GGA/RMC) to parse UTC time, sub-microsecond-level time synchronization is realized.
Default output: GPS + GLONASS, baud rate 9600, update rate 1Hz, cable length: 3m by default (customizable from 5m to 15m). Operating voltage: 3.6V–5V. PPS
